BRX -type frequency speed winding machine (half manual)
This winding machine is composed of two parts which is the main engine and the tail seat.
The main engine box is made of whole cast iron, whose top is electronic counter controller,
And the upper part is gear transmission gear box, as well as the brake motor installed in the low part of the box body.
The counter of this winding machine is adopted by anti-seismic, intelligent electronic instrument. The spindle connected with the encoder, which numbers reduced as turns reversed, and the numbers increased when turn forward, the counter is accurate and reliable.
(First) It has the function of preset coil turns, so that is, when counting continuously to the preset turn, as positive rotated, the machine will shutdown automatically.
(Second) It has the memory function. Regardless the power stop time, it shows the number of turns when turn on the electricity.
(Third)It has the function of separate counting, with the value of counting metre as the criterion. No need for presetting and memory.
